This is an LGBT+ banner designed for the Environment Agency. The banner was used for taking to events to help encourage a diverse range of employees to join the organisation. The design is based around incorporating the rainbow flag with the great outdoors. I have constructed an umbrella using vectors to reiterate the one used by the people in the photo. This rainbow is also conveyed within the typography of ‘our nature’, it suggests that the diversity in within their nature literally. A number of logos needed to feature and be clear to the viewer. The design also required other information when considering the hierarchy such as the slogan, social media addresses and ‘search jobs with us’. The overall design is welcoming and delivers an important message effectively.
